How often are we stressed out by everyday life and try to carry out a wide variety of tasks at the same time. How often do we live our day without realizing what we are feeling or thinking at that moment? And how often are we unhappy because we wear blinkers?
THE APPRECIATION
Appreciation gives us more joy and allows us to enjoy life more. Pay attention to how often you enjoy moments. For example your food, the music or even the warm shower.
Often we become "blind" and don't even see what we have. Only when we no longer have it do we begin to appreciate it. But why not sooner? Why not if you consume it?
CONSCIOUS BREATHING
The Power of Conscious Breathing: when you are in a stressful situation or just have too many thoughts in your head. Then sit down and just focus on breathing. Breath in and out deeply. Did you know that there are different breathing techniques? For example, the 4-7-8 method: inhale for 4 seconds, hold the breath for 7 seconds, and exhale for 8 seconds. Give it a try and see what it does to you.
CONSCIOUS LISTENING
Pay attention to how often you really consciously listen to the other person during a conversation. Active listening means listening to the other person without thinking about what you are going to say or being distracted by your surroundings.
